How Much Does a Wedding at The Andrews Farm Cost?

One of the first questions couples ask us is: “What does a wedding at The Andrews Farm cost?” The truth is, every event is a little different — your vision, guest count, and vendor choices all play a role in determining the final price.

That said, we believe in being transparent and giving you a realistic starting point. For a guest count of about 150 people, we typically recommend couples begin with a budget of around $70,000.

This number includes our venue fee ($9,000) along with a variety of vendor services such as:

  • Catering & Bar

  • Planning

  • Florals

  • Music & Entertainment

  • Rentals & Décor

  • Photography & Videography

  • Hair & Makeup

  • Transportation

Each of these categories can be scaled up or down depending on your preferences, which is why working with one of our preferred planners is so helpful. A planner can guide you through where to spend, where to save, and how to bring your vision to life while staying within your comfort zone.

Real Wedding Budget Breakdowns

Here’s a look at a few Charlotte vendor ranges to help you with your budget:

Wedding Planners: $7,000 → $15,000+ (depending on service level)

  • Partial Planning Usually begins about six months before your wedding. By this stage, most major vendors are already booked, and your planner steps in to tie up the details. They’ll refine your timeline, manage vendor communication, and ensure everything is seamlessly coordinated leading up to the big day.

  • Full-Service Planning Starts from the moment you book. A full-service planner guides you through every step — from setting a budget to refining your inspiration and securing the right vendors to bring your vision to life. They also handle logistics, vendor management, and timeline creation so nothing falls through the cracks. Check out The Andrews Farm in house planner as a great full service planning option!

  • Full-Service + Design This level includes all the benefits of full-service planning, with the addition of a strong emphasis on event design. These planners specialize in curating a cohesive aesthetic, weaving your style into every detail, and creating a one-of-a-kind visual experience for your wedding day.

Photography: $4,000 → $10,000+ for full wedding day packages (lower for newer/shorter coverage, higher for full-day luxury packages with second shooter/albums).

Florals $6,000 → $15,000+ the price of your florals can vary vastly. It will depend on scale and types of flowers. You can go a minimum or as maximum as you'd like. The great thing about a garden wedding is that it comes with a lot of lush flowers already.

DJs & Entertainment $2,000 → $8,000+ DJs will be less expensive than a band and typically you will be paying for experience. Full production bands will be more expensive than DJ's and will depend on the number of members and experience.

Catering / Food & Beverage $75 → $150+ per person depending on service style buffet on the low end; plated premium menus, passed courses, cocktails & full bar on the high end. Expect full-service catering + bar to be the largest single variable.

Rentals & Tent Companies $10,000 → $30,000+ depending on tent size, type (clear, peak), and extras. Local rental houses (Party Reflections, Curated Events, Charlotte Party Rentals, Tent Guys, Thomas Rental) provide full vendor quotes and tent/rental pricing varies widely by size & install complexity.

Transportation / Shuttles $500 → $5,000+ depending on number of buses/shuttles, distance, and hours.

Hair & Makeup (HMU) Typical range: $200 → $400+ per person, with bridal HMU packages often $300+ and trials / bridal parties adding to totals. Your past examples align with this local range.

There are many other vendors you can add to your big day that are not included in the above. Some couples will bring in a videographer, live artists, content creator, a photo booth, strings for ceremony, a sign creator, a specialty stationary designer, a dress designer, security, or even a restroom attendant.

What This Means for You

As you can see, no two weddings are the same. Some couples prioritize florals and rentals for a “wow” factor, while others keep things simple and allocate more toward food, photography, or entertainment.
